- 8 oz. powdered sugar
- 8 oz. Mint hot chocolate mix
- About 3/4 of a 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 5 tbsp butter (softened)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup mint chocolate chips (optional)
Mix all ingredients together with a spoon or hands. Refrigerate mixture, roll into shape. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over buttercreams with a spoon. Serve chilled.
Makes about 21 buttercreams.
